What does it mean?
The color enabled package icon indicates that the recolor has been made using a special package that allows objects that weren't able to be recolored before, to be recolored now.
How does it affect me?
If you download these recolors, you need to download the CEP package to make them work. You can get it here: Mod The Sims 2 Thread
