News Today 1 22 08 - New Program and New Residential Lot!

We took a break last week but now we're back with another update!

First off, big news for all the Mac Simmers out there, a new program is now available! It's a Sims2Pack installer similar to Clean Installer (although it doesn't have nearly as many features) and it will allow you to install Sims2Packs selectively and get an idea of what's inside before you install it. You can find it on the Sims 2 Programs page. To accompany this, there is a new section on the forums devoted to all things Mac. Come on over to Apple Island and check it out!

This week, Biscuit-The-Great brings us a new residential lot that will fit right into the suburbs of your Sim's hood, ready for them to move right in. You can grab it on the Residential Lots page.

News Today 1 8 08 - New Object Hack, New House, New Clothing!

Hello again everyone, and welcome to another update! :P

First off, I've uploaded a couple of new hacks for you all. The first is an object hack, a specialized pantry that is designed to hold food that your Sims have grown or caught on their own only. You can find it on the Object Hacks page. The second item is a global hack that fixes an issue with the tan overlay that comes with Bon Voyage. You can read about it on the Global Hacks page.

This week, macgirlffx brings us another new residential lot perfect for that wooded area in Bon Voyage. You can grab it on the Residential Lots page. Second, she has also shared another new female outfit called Cotton Summer. Grab it on the Clothing page. And finally, for those stylish Sims, she's uploaded a new pair of sunglasses that you can pick up on the accessories page.

News Today 1 1 08 - New Program! New Hood! New Site! New Everything!

WOOHOO! Hello everyone, and welcome to DJS Sims! A lot has changed, tons of new stuff has been added, and so I've got a lot to tell you about!

First off, the Wardrobe Wrangler, a loooonnng awaited program, has finally been released! It's been in the works for about 10 months now and it's finally done, so be sure to head on over to the Programs section to grab your copy and take it for a test drive!

Secondly, there are now two new artists on the site! Biscuit-The-Great and macgirlffx. You might recognize the names as they hang around several forums in the community. Today, Biscuit-The-Great brings us a new community nightclub called "The Synergy". You can grab it on the Community Lots page.

Macgirlffx brings us a new home called Paunchy Estate that is sure to please some Sims. You can grab it on the Residential Lots page. Secondly, we also have two new female outfits available for adults to choose from. Grab them on the Clothing page. Last, and on a much larger scale, macgirl has brought a brand new neighborhood to the scene filled with houses and ready for you to move some Sims into. It's called Epiphany and is ready for you to download on the Neighborhoods page.

That's all on the download side! You may have noticed that the site has changed slightly in design and function. This is because I've changed over to a new CMS that a friend and I wrote recently. This new CMS allows me to email updates out directly without going through a third party like Your Mailing List Provider. As a result, if you want to receive email updates from now on, please be sure to register an account and set your preferences! Once you register, you can also sign the guestbook of any artist by clicking on their name next to the item they've created, and a few other things. So why not register and try it out?
