Thanks to some help from my friends and a lot of free time, I'm proud to release our first program!
Sim Skin Manager Plus will do all of the following:
Scan all the bmp files within a directory and move any that are of the wrong color depth or corrupt into the same directory as the program
Scan all the cmx files within a directory to verify that they are structured correctly. Any that are found that aren't structured right will be moved into the same directory as the program for you to check individually.
Check CMX files 1 by 1 to see if there are errors in the structure, and if the structure is incorrect a suggestion to fix it will be made.
Scan for associated files to ensure that all the cmx and their respecive skn files have a bmp file. Cmx (as well as their skn) files that have no bmp files in there with the same number will be moved into the same directory as the program.
Preview bmp files and delete or move any you don't want into the same directory as the program.
Individually check bmp files the ensure they are of the right color depth.
Edit CMX files and save any changes you make to them.
Convert any skin into a buyable skin - A new bmp file and new cmx file will be generated for you.

Download Info: File size is 41 KB zipped, 145 KB unzipped. Simply extract and run the executable file in the same directory, though it is reccomended that you put the program in a seperate folder of it's own due to the fact that scans move files into the same folder as the program resides.
