    Description:
    Hey... who's that wierd mechanical man mopping up puddles and cleaning up tables? That's right, if a Servo robot shows up on a community lot as a visitor he will start autonomously doing chores. This fixes that problem by making it so that Servo will not do chores while on a community lot.
