This program is NO LONGER SUPPORTED. I'm leaving this download link up for anyone who may still want to TRY to use it, but please do not email me about this program as I will not be able to help you. I suggest you use Sims 2 Pack Clean Installer instead.
Once again thanks to some help from friends and sims 2 community members, I'm proud to release our second program!
Sims 2 Hack Scanner and Lister will do all of the following:
Scans all the package files within a directory and lists them for you.
Delete any hacks the program finds that you don't want.
Move any hacks you don't want out of the downloads folder.
Built in web update utility to check for new Reference list and program updates.
Rename any file from a jumbled CRC name to an understandable name.
Lists the creator of the hack, the website where it originated from, and a short description of what the hack does.
You can now also identify any package, no matter what type it is, whether it be skins, floors, recolors, hacks, anything, as long as a creator has submitted their info about it.
You can scan any given folder for duplicate packages that you may have unknowingly downloaded twice or may have crept in with a house installation.
*NEW* - You can now open and fully edit sims2pack files, install one particular item from a large pack, and more!

NOTE BEFORE DOWNLOADING: You need to download the newest version of the program above first if you haven't already for this reference list to work properly. Click here to download the latest (1/03/06) hack reference list. Simply download it and extract it into the same directory as the program. When prompted to overwrite the original file click yes.
